The Armaments sponsorship menu offers many categories to fit your budget. By enhancing your brand with a sponsorship at this event, you'll build a stronger perception from the audience and stand out from the crowd!

Premiere - $10,000 (available to one company) 

Benefits include:

  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo in onsite agenda
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event
  • Recognition of sponsor logo on presentation slide in general session
  • Sponsor logo included in eBlast two weeks prior to event
  • Four complimentary full conference registrations
  • Podium recognition during opening general session
  • One seat at head table during luncheon and one reserved seat in the first 2 rows of general session
  • Sponsorship literature insert distributed to attendees
  • Sponsor description in onsite agenda (350 words)
  • Notepads and pens with sponsor logo distributed for opening general session

 

Elite – $8,000 (available to two companies)

Benefits include:

  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo in onsite agenda
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event
  • Recognition of sponsor logo on presentation slide in general session
  • Sponsor logo included in eBlast two weeks prior to event
  • Two complimentary full conference registrations
  • Podium recognition during opening general session
  • Sponsorship literature insert distributed to attendees
  • Sponsor description in onsite agenda (250 words) 

 

Below are Supporting Sponsorship opportunities. As a Supporting Sponsor, your company will receive the following benefits along with the additional exposure listed with each opportunity (excluding the Registration Bag, Demo Day, and Demo Day Bus opportunities).

 

Supporting Sponsorship benefits include:

  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo in onsite agenda
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event
  • Recognition of sponsor logo on presentation slide in general session
  • Sponsor logo included in eBlast two weeks prior to event

 

Reception - $7,000 (available to one company, Tuesday, May 2)

Additional Benefits include:

  • Sponsored napkin distributed from bars placed in the exhibit hall
  • Reception will include open beer and wine bar with the purchase of this sponsorship

 

Registration & Lanyard - $5,000 (available to one company)

Additional Benefits include:

  • Sponsor logo on “Thank You to Our Sponsor” banner on registration website
  • Sponsor banner with company logo on registration confirmation (e-mail) receipt sent to all attendees
  • Lanyards with sponsor name/logo on them distributed at registration on site (sponsor provides lanyards. NDIA can produce lanyards with one-color logo for an extra $750. For NDIA to produce, deadline of March 28, 2017.)

 

Luncheon - $5,000 (available to 2 companies, Tuesday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 3)

Additional Benefits include:

  • Sponsor to provide item (literature or promotional item) to be placed on each seat prior to designated lunch
  • Verbal recognition of sponsor prior to general session breaking for lunch

 

Morning and Afternoon Breaks - $4,000 (available to 2 companies, breaks take place on Tuesday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 3)

Additional Benefits include:

  • Sponsor logo on napkins to be distributed during breaks (NDIA to provide napkins)
  • Verbal recognition of sponsor during breaks

 

Registration Bag - $3,000 (available to one company)

Additional Benefits include:

  • Sponsor promotional insert distributed in bags
  • Bags (provided by sponsor, approved by NDIA) distributed at registration area on site. NDIA can produce bags with two-color logo for an extra $1,000. For NDIA to produce, deadline of March 28, 2017.)

 

Demo Day - $2,500 (available to one company)

Benefits include:

  • Bottled water with sponsor labels

 

Demo Day Buses- $2,000 for three companies or $5,500 for exclusive

Benefits include:

  • Sponsored napkin included with boxed lunch distributed before departure
  • Show 2 minute video on ride to Ft AP Hill
