Cancellations

Cancellations received on/before 1/31/17 will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations received after 1/31/17. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations! Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to sstephens@ndia.org.
