Sponsorship Opportunities

*Sponsorship qualifies the sponsor for Tier 2 status when applying for 2018 SOFIC. Please see below for more information.

*Premiere - $10,000 (available to one sponsor)
Benefits include:
-Sponsor logo and link on event website
-Sponsor logo in onsite agenda
-Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event
-Recognition of sponsor on presentation slide in general session
-Sponsor logo included in eBlast two weeks prior to event
-Four complimentary full conference registrations
-Podium recognition by NDIA during opening general session
-One seat at head table and one reserved seat in the first 2 rows of general session
-Sponsorship literature insert distributed to attendees

*Elite - $7,000 (available to two sponsors) TWO SOLD
Benefits include:
-Sponsor logo and link on event website
-Sponsor logo in onsite agenda
-Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event
-Recognition of sponsor on presentation slide in general session
-Sponsor logo included in eBlast two weeks prior to event
-Two complimentary full conference registrations

As a Supporting Sponsor, your company will receive the following benefits along with the additional exposure listed with each opportunity (except for the Banquet Dinner Tables and Meeting Rooms):

*Registration & Lanyard - $5,000 (available to one sponsor)

Additional benefits include:
-Sponsor logo on "Thank You to Our Sponsor" banner on registration website
-Sponsor banner with company logo on registration confirmation (e-mail) receipt sent to all attendees
-Lanyards with sponsor name/logo on them distributed at registration on site (sponsor provides lanyards. NDIA can produce lanyards with a one-color logo for an extra $750. For NDIA to produce, deadline of January 6, 2017.)

*Registration Bag - $3,000 (available to one sponsor)
Additional benefits include:
-Sponsor promotional insert distributed in bags
-Bags (provided by sponsor, approved by NDIA) distributed at registration area on site. NDIA can produce bags with a two-color logo for an additional $1,000. For NDIA to produce, deadline of January 13, 2017.)

*Wi-Fi - $8,000 (available to one sponsor)
Additional benefits include:
-Sponsor logo included where Wi-Fi information is shared including onsite agenda and presentation slide in general session
-Sponsor name will appear on wireless network ID visible from any wireless device

*Lunch in the Exhibit Hall - $5,000 (available to two sponsors, Tuesday, February 14 or Wednesday, February 15) Tuesday SOLD
Additional benefits include:
-Sponsor logo on napkins to be distributed during lunch (NDIA to provide napkins)
-Verbal recognition of sponsor prior to general session breaking for lunch

Morning and Afternoon Breaks - $4,000 (Two available, includes both morning and afternoon breaks on Tuesday, February 14 or Wednesday, February 15)
Additional benefits include:
-Sponsor logo on napkins to be distributed during breaks (NDIA to provide napkins)

*Awards Banquet Reception & Dinner - $9,000 (available to one sponsor)
Additional benefits include:
-Opportunity to present the welcoming remarks at the Awards Banquet
-Two dinner tables (10 seats per table)
-Sponsor logo and company description (200 words) in banquet program
-Sponsor logo (with other sponsors) on event signage at the banquet
-Verbal recognition of sponsor by NDIA at the banquet

Awards Banquet Dinner Table - $1,800 FIVE SOLD
Additional benefits include:

-One dinner table that seats 10 guests

-Signage with sponsor logo on display at Awards Banquet

You will be assigned a table that seats up to 10 people. You may choose to leave up to two seats open for VIP guests. These special guests will be selected from a lottery and randomly assigned to tables. VIP guests and seat assignments are not guaranteed. You may also choose to fill your seats with your employees and/or clients who are NOT registered symposium attendees (the table fee will cover the cost for them to attend the banquet dinner only).

 Meeting Rooms (3 meeting rooms available to exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees only)

Tier 2 is part of the tier system NDIA developed due to the high demand for SOFIC exhibit space. The procedure was designed to inject order, structure, and transparency into the booth purchasing process.
