Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Platform Information

On or about Tuesday, August 17, you will receive an email with your personalized link and details to log into the virtual platform. Please be sure to test your personalized link to verify that you are able to access the virtual platform before the conference start date. Support staff will be made available from August 17 – 18, 2020, for anyone who is experiencing issues accessing the virtual platform. As it may take up to 10 hours to process a registration and receive login instructions, we highly encourage you to register early! Do not share your personalized link as each link is only valid for one conference entry. Sharing your personalized link could potentially result in losing your access to the virtual platform. Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Andrew Peters at APeters@NDIA.org. Cancellations for conference registration received before August 14, 2020, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after August 14, 2020

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!

Credential Sharing Policy

By registering for SWIF, you understand that sharing login credentials and passwords is prohibited. Sharing your login credentials means lending your username and password to someone else or using someone else's username and password to gain access to any SWIF event.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
