Registration

The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions, breakout sessions, access to exhibits, and networking opportunities, which include continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.

Online Registration

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

On-site registration will be open during the following times:

  • Monday, May 11: 3:00 – 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday, May 12: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday, May 13: 7:00 am – 4:40 pm

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to kkooner@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before May 1, 2020, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after May 1, 2020. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment. 

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
