REGISTRATION AND SECURITY OVERVIEW
Registration includes all plenary and break-out sessions, networking breaks daily, networking reception, and a daily lunch.
Each delegate must complete and return both a National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) registration form (electronically) and an MDA Security Clearance/Badging form to be fully registered for the conference. Please note that you are not registered unless both the NDIA registration and the MDA Security Clearance/Badging form are submitted and processed by the separate organizations. All security forms are due October 15, 2019.
On-site registration opens Monday, October 28, 2019, 12:00 - 7:00 pm at the Hilton Dresden.
CONFERENCE ATTENDEE CLEARANCE
All delegates must have a NEED-TO-KNOW for the information that will be discussed at the conference. Attendance is, therefore, by-invitation only and not widely advertised or otherwise solicited.
Please observe these basic criteria if you choose to pass this invitation on to another person. Only registrants with a U.S. SECRET, NATO SECRET, or other U.S. government-recognized foreign equivalent clearance and a validated need-to-know will be allowed to attend all three days of the conference, including open and controlled unclassified sessions.
PHYSICAL SECURITY GUIDELINES
During all conference days, delegates will not be allowed to bring any electronic equipment that has the capability of capturing sound and/or images and/or with Wi-fi capability regardless of its on/off state into the room. A prohibited item check desk will be available for storing the aforementioned items.
Luggage and other baggage items also will not be allowed. Handbags and personal possessions will be inspected upon entry into the conference area or as required.
NDIA registration questions should be directed to Trish Wildt at twildt@NDIA.org or (703) 247-2586.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
