Most OnDemand courses begin on the 1st of each month. You can register any time before the next start date. Most courses allow a 90-day window for completion.

Note: The “Certificate in Military Vehicle Technology” course is the only exception to the above; starts during select times in the year and offers a 16-week completion period due to its extended format. You can register any time before the next start date.

Yes. All OnDemand courses are delivered 100% online through our partners learning platform and are self-paced, allowing you to study when it fits your schedule during the given 90-day access period. After the 90-day access window, access will be removed.

Note: While the access window for the “Certificate in Military Vehicle Technology” course is 16-weeks, access will also be removed at the conclusion of the 16-week term.

Once you register through NDIA, your information (name and email address only) is securely transferred to our course partner, the Eggler Institute of Technology (EIT). You will receive a “Welcome” email and detailed “Joining Instructions” directly from EIT’s Learning Management System (LMS) which is typically sent between one week to one day before the course begins.

Note: This email will include your login information and steps for accessing the platform. If you need to reset your password, detailed instructors will be provided within that same message.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. We are actively working to align select courses with Continuing Education Unit (CEU) standards and other professional credit systems; however, those benefits are not available at this time. Please continue checking back with us for future CEU eligibility on select courses.

Pricing varies by course. NDIA members, government employees, and small businesses are eligible for discounted rates. Full pricing details are listed on each course registration page.
