Logistician Emeritus Award
The Logistician Emeritus Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding competence and has made a substantial contribution in the field of national security logistics while serving in a governmental position.
History
The Logistician Emeritus Award was established by the Logistics Management Division in 1980 as a means of recognizing deserving individuals in the field of national security logistics while serving in a governmental position.
Criteria
- Nominee has held significant positions of leadership in a government logistics organization
- Nominee has demonstrated significant accomplishments during their career
- Nominee has contributed noteworthy achievements that furthered Defense logistics and national security.
Schedule
This award is presented once a year at the Annual National Logistics Forum.
