The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) strongly supports passage of the pending appropriations bills to support allies and partners in Ukraine and Israel, strengthen defensive capabilities in the Indo-Pacific, and make necessary investments in the U.S. defense industrial base (DIB).  “A resilient U.S. DIB and a strong network of U.S. allies and partners form the foundation of U.S. national deterrence in a rapidly evolving strategic environment,” said David Norquist, President and CEO of NDIA. “On behalf of NDIA’s members, I commend the House leadership for supporting these necessary investments and urge swift passage.”
