Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crown Plaza, Colorado Springs. To make your reservation, please call the reservation line directly. In order to ensure the discounted NDIA rate, you must make your reservations early and ask for the "National Defense Industrial Association - NDIA" room block. Rooms will not be held after Saturday, August 1, 2009 and may sell out before then. Rates are also subject to increase after this date.

Registration

Pre-registration is now closed.  Onsite registration will be avaible at the Crown Plaza.  Registration will open at 12 PM on Monday, August 31.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing via e-mail to Holley Slabaugh, hslabaugh@ndia.org. Cancellations received before July 21, 2009 will receive a full refund. Cancellations receive between July 21 and August 20, 2009 will receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 20, 2009. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations.
