This conference is classified Secret U.S. Only. All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret or higher clearance. Please see below for security instructions.
Please note that in addition to registering for the conference, security information must be sent via JPAS to SMO NDIA09. Faxed visit requests for DoD clearance holders will not be accepted. Department of Energy clearance holders, please contact kwilliams@ndia.org for clearance submittal information.

*This fee applies only to full-time employees of academic institutions and Active U.S. Military and Civil Service Personnel with government identification cards.

***Technical speakers are limited to one reduced registration per presentation. Technical speakers must register by fax or mail.
NDIA accepts American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, Traveler's Checks, Cash, and Government Purchase Orders. NDIA does not accept purchase orders from non-government entities. Your credit card will be charged when received. NDIA does not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment. When your payment is posted, you will receive an emailed confirmation. Please bring this with you to the conference to alleviate any potential problems at registration check-in.
Cancellation Policy
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than September 13, 2009 to attn: Kimberly Williams via fax at (703)522-1885 or to kwilliams@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellations. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 13, 2009. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. If an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. NDIA does not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment. This cancellation policy applied to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.
We welcome substitutions!
If making a substitution request, email kwilliams@ndia.org. Include whether payment is to be refunded or transferred to cover the new attendee's registration fee. You must complete a registration form for the substitute attendee, clearly marking in whose place he/she will be attending.
