Introduction

The date for the 19th Annual Expeditionary Warfare Conference will now be NOVEMBER 17 - 19, 2014!

NDIA’s Expeditionary Warfare Conference is returning to the Virginia Tidewater area on November 17 - 19, 2014 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott.

The conference will feature the following sessions with meaningful Keynote Speakers:

  • Naval Expeditionary Warfare
  • Current Expeditionary Issues and Service/Operational Perspectives 
  • Combat Development & Integration
  • Sea-Basing

The Tidewater Area is home to many important Expeditionary Forces and the first 115 Active Duty Military & Federal Government Employees will receive complimentary attendance to this conference. Don’t miss this outstanding event!

REMINDERS
Please register with a complete and accurate e-mail address. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Please register with the correct form of payment. A $25 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment.

Online registration will close at 5:00 PM EST on Friday, November 7, 2014. You must register onsite after this date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by Friday, November 7, 2014 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, November 7, 2014. Cancellations must be made in writing to Ms. Molly Holt at mholt@ndia.org. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Please note: This policy does not apply to display booth cancellations.

Attire
Appropriate dress for this conference is business casual for civilians and Class B uniform or uniform of the day for military personnel.

ID Badge
During conference registration and check-in, each Attendee will be issued an identification badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Your badge must be worn at all conference functions.
 
Proceedings
Proceedings will be available on the web through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) two weeks after the conference. All registered Attendees will receive an email notification once the proceedings are available.

Displays

An area, directly adjacent to the General Session Ballroom, will be available for the
set-up of displays to demonstrate your company or organization’s unique tools or capabilities. Display registration will include two individual conference registrations, a table, (2) chairs and an electrical hook-up, a 200-word company description and logo in the on-site agenda. Space per display shall not exceed 8 ft. wide by 10 ft. deep.
