Introduction

This event will be composed of the regularly scheduled bi-monthly meetings of the NDIA Contract Finance (CF) Committee, Contract & Acquisition Management (CAM) Committee, Legal Committee, and Procurement Executive Committee (PEC) to review issues of common interest or concern and to discuss future actions.

This regularly scheduled meeting is being held in conjunction with the Procurement Division's Annual Acquisition Symposium on Monday, May 5, 2014. Registration for the Symposium is separate from this meeting and can be found by visiting, www.ndia.org/meetings/4ACQ.

The Annual Howard H. Cork Memorial Award Dinner will also be held during this meeting on Monday, May 5, 2014. Attendees have the option to register for the Cork Award Dinner separately ($95/person). Meeting registrants can also register a guest to attend the dinner. Requires separate registration - please contact Jennifer Sprinkel, jsprinkel@ndia.org if you wish to register a guest for the Cork Award Dinner.

Industry Group Rate: $129/night++
Govt Per Diem Rate: $89/night*

Rates are available three (3) business days pre/post the symposium dates based on availability.

*Government Reservations
We have a limited number of government per diem rooms. The government per diem rate will be offered to invited government speakers first. if there are rooms remaining after speakers have made their reservations, we will open the block up to government attendees.

Government speakers should contact Ms. Jennifer Sprinkel, CMP, CGMP at jsprinkel@ndia.org to give your arrival and departure dates after you receive your invitation no later than Thursday, April 24, 2014.

Industry Reservations
Industry individuals are responsible for making their own reservations. Attendee may contact the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside directly by calling 1-800-325-3535 or by going to the NDIA group online reservations site.

When making reservations by phone, please reference NDIA 2014 Acquisition Symposium ton ensure you receive the group rate.

Regular Committee Meetings Registration Fee: $140*

Cork Award Dinner Registration Fee: $95**

BOTH Committee Meetings and Cork Award Dinner Registration Fee: $235

Cancellation Fee: $50

*Registration rate includes Sunday night reception

**Meeting registrants can also register a guest/spouse to attend the Cork Award dinner. Please contact Jennifer Sprinkel, jsprinkel@ndia.org to get more information on registering your guest.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund, minus the $50 cancellation/processing fee, if submitted by COB Thursday, April 24, 2014.

If cancellation occurs after the April 24 cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. Please email jsprinkel@ndia.org with any cancellation/substitution requests.
