The Global EOD Conference & Exhibition will NOT hold any activities on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 due to continued severe weather and flooding in Fort Walton Beach, FL and the surrounding areas. We plan to resume activity as scheduled tomorrow, Thursday, May 1, 2014, with registration opening at 7AM and the General Session beginning at 8AM. We remind all Attendees to stay safe, and off the roads, as flooding and road closures remain present throughout the area. We will continue to update you on the status of the conference via email if anything should change.

With support to the EOD Warrior Foundation*, the Global EOD Conference and Exhibition will facilitate contact and cooperation between industry and the EOD community with the goal of ensuring EOD forces have access to the ideas and technologies that originate in our nation's industrial and academic base. Further, the Conference and Exhibition will facilitate the sharing of industry and academic viewpoints, recommendations, and advice on EOD support concepts, policies, plans, programs, requirements, and technologies, and assess the potential impacts of pending legislation, regulations, and procedures.

*The EOD Warrior Foundation honors fallen EOD warriors and provides assistance and support to wounded EOD warriors and the families of wounded and fallen EOD personnel in communities throughout our nation. The Foundation also ensures the ongoing care of the EOD Memorial Wall at Eglin AFB in FL. The EOD Warrior Foundation believes the EOD family is for life and has an ongoing mission to provide financial assistance and other means of support to our warriors and their families during their most difficult times and throughout their journey of healing.
Every year, on the first Saturday in May, the EOD Memorial Ceremony is held to commemorate fallen EOD technicians to recognize and preserve the legacy of the service and sacrifices of our EOD warriors and their families. See more at:

Cancellations received by Monday, April 21, 2014  will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, April 21, 2014. Cancellations must be made in writing to Ms. Molly Holt at or (703) 247-2572.  Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations.  Please note: This policy does not apply to exhibit booth cancellations.

No photography is allowed in the Exhibit Hall. Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit without prior consent from NDIA management.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

Attendee Information

Appropriate dress for the conference is business casual for civilians and Class B uniform or uniform of the day for military personnel.

During conference registration and check-in, each Attendee will be issued an identification badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Your badge must be worn at all conference functions.

Proceedings will be available on the web through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) two weeks after the Conference. All registered Attendees will receive an email notification once the proceedings are available.
