In an era of shrinking defense budgets and increasing calls to eliminate wasteful spending on unnecessary and “gold-plated” systems, the T&E community needs to examine and implement change throughout the systems development process which would improve the requirements process, the acquisition life cycle and, in the end, better serve our Nation and its war fighters.

With this in mind, the 29th Annual National Test & Evaluation Conference will explore the theme, “More Efficient and Effective T&E in the Era of Declining Budgets,” focusing on the following topics: 
- Sustainability T&E
- Integrated DT, LFTE & OT
- Software Automated Testing
- Statistics in T&E
- Reliability T&E
- Cybersecurity T&E
- Mission Capability-Based T&E
- Early Involvement in the Acquisition Process
The conference will also feature award luncheons, highlighting the Hollis Award Winner and the Testers of the Year. We look forward to your participation at this exciting conference!

Payment must be made at the time of registration.  Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Cancellations received by Friday, July 11, 2014 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, July 11, 2014. Cancellations must be made in writing to Ms. Molly Holt, Meeting Planner, at Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations.  Please note: This policy does not apply to display or sponsorship cancellations.

*Government Registration does not include access to either Awards Luncheons during the Conference (Tuesday OR Wednesday).
**If you are not currently a member of NDIA, Industry registration includes a one year, non-refundable, NDIA membership, with $15 of your registration fee applied to a subscription to National Defense Magazine.


Display Cost
The display registration fee is $2,000 and includes:
• Two conference registrations
• A (1) standard skirted 8ft. table, (2) chairs, electrical hook up and a waste paper basket
• A 200-word company description in the on-site agenda 
Please note: Displays will be tabletop or “pop-up” style. Allocated display space will be 10 ft. wide by 6 ft. deep. No formal decorating company will be involved. Companies must bring their own displays and plan to do their own set-up.

Displays are to be set up by 4PM on July 21, 2014 and should remain in place until 1:30PM on July 23, 2014. Displays must be removed by 5PM on July 23, 2014.

Attendee Information

Appropriate dress for this conference is business for civilians and Class A uniform or uniform of the day for military personnel.

During conference registration and check-in, each Attendee will be issued an identification badge.  Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID.  Your badge must be worn at all conference functions.
Proceedings will be available on the web through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) two weeks after the conference.  All registered Attendees will receive an email notification once the proceedings are available.
