Registration fees include the following food and beverage functions: 1 early registration reception, 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 4 coffee breaks.
This conference is classified at the Secret US only level. All attendees must be U.S. citizens with a secret or higher clearance. Visit requests are being accepted via JPAS.

You must provide requested info and be registered by March 14, 2014. Failure to follow these procedures will result in denial of access.
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than March 17, 2014 to NDIA, attn: Kimberly Williams via fax at (703)522-4656 or email to email@example.com. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 17, 2014. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. We do not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you register with the correct form of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of the method of registration or reason for cancellation.
We welcome substitutions! If substituting for someone, notify NDIA in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee. Update: 3/19/14: Please note, the new attendee must hold a CAC/NCAC card or be retired military in order to be processed as a substitute attendee.
