Introduction

Join us for the bi-monthly Procurement Division Meetings. Committee meetings include those for the Contract Finance (CF), Contract & Acquisition Management (CAM), and Legal Committees.

Please note that the Contract Finance Committee will conduct a pre-meeting from 1:30 - 4:30 pm on Monday, September 9, 2013* at the NDIA headquarters at 2111 Wilson Boulevard, 4th Floor, Arlington, VA 22201 in addition to the regular meeting of the committee on Tuesday, September 10 at the Army Navy Club. The half day pre-meeting carries a sparate registration fee of $20.

*Baker Tilly will be sponsoring a Happy Hour after the CF pre-meeting on September 9 immediately after the end of the meeting at Ireland's Four Courts, 2051 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201

After selecting your registration, you will be asked to choose which session(s) you will be attending on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. If you are ONLY attending the CF pre-meeting on Monday, please NOT fill out this section.

If you plan to attend Tuesday, September 10, please only select the committee meeting you will ACTUALLY be attending and not all boxes. Please be sure to share this information with your EA if they are making the registration for you.

CANCELLATION FEE: $35

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund, minus the $35 cancellation/processing fee by COB Tuesday, September 3, 2013. No cancellation fee will be required for the canellation of the CF pre-meeting.

If cancellation occurs after the September 3 cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and encouraged. Pelase email Jennifer Sprinkel at jsprinkel@ndia.org with any cancellation/substitution requests.

If you require a vegetarian meal option or have other dietary restrictions, please email Jennifer Sprinkel at jsprinkel@ndia.org. All request will be accommodated as best as possible.
