Introduction

Join us for the bi-monthly Procurement Division Meetings. Committee meetings include those for Contract Finance (CF), Contract & Acquisition Manangement (CAM), and Legal Committees.

Please note that the Contract Finance Committee will conduct a pre-meeting from 1:30-4:30 pm on Monday, May 6, 2013 at the NDIA Headquarters at 2111 Wilson Boulevard, 4th Floor, Arlington, VA 22201 in addition to the regular meeting of the committee on Tuesday, May 7 at the Army Navy Club.The half day pre-meeting carries a separate registration charge of $20.

Please pay close attention to the registration page as some items have changed. You may register online for the CF pre-meeting ONLY (5/6),  BOTH the CF pre-meeting AND Regular Meeting (5/6-5/7), or the Regular Meeting ONLY (5/7).

CANCELLATION FEE: $50

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund, minus the $50 cancellation/processing fee by COB Wednesday, May 1, 2013. No cancellation fee will be required for the cancellation of the CF pre-meeting.

If cancellation occurs after the May 1 cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and encouraged. Please e-mail Ms. Jennifer Sprinkel, CMP at jsprinkel@ndia.org with any cancellation/substitution requests.

If you require a vegetarian meal option or have other dietary restrictions, please email Ms. Jennifer Sprinkel, CMP at jsprinkel@ndia.org. All requests will be accommodated as best as possible.
