After selecting your registration, you will be asked to choose which session(s) you will be attending on Tuesday, March 12. If you are ONLY attending the CF pre-meeting on Monday, you will NOT have to fill out this section. If you plan to attend Tuesday, March 12 please select from the following (multiple selections are OK):
- Contract and Acquisition Management Committee Meeting
- Contract Finance Committee Meeting
- Legal Committee Meeting
- Luncheon with Speaker
- Procurement Planning Committee Meeting

CANCELLATION FEE: $50
You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund, minus the $50 cancellation/processing by COB Wednesday, March 6, 2013. No cancellation fee will be required for the cancellation of the CF pre-meeting.
If cancellation occurs after the March 6 cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and encouraged. Please e-mail Jennifer Sprinkel, firstname.lastname@example.org with any cancellation/substitution request.
If you require a vegetarian meal option or have other have other dietary restrictions, please email Ms. Jennifer Sprinkel at email@example.com. All requests will be accommodated as best as possible.
