Metro
-From Crystal City Station, Blue and Yellow lines, the hotel is a 10 minute walk.
-Courtesy Hyatt shuttle access to and from Crystal City Metro Station is provided at the corner of 18th street and S. Bell Street.
-The Hyatt shuttle departs the hotel every 15 minutes on the hour from 6:00am – 10:00pm. (Times subject to change.)

From Maryland/I-270 South
-Take I-495 South into Virginia.
-Take exit #43 / George Washington Parkway.
-Travel about 10 miles south.
-Exit at Reagan National Airport, stay in right lane, and follow signs to Crystal City.
-Take Rt. 1 South exit, and get in the left hand lane.
-Turn left at first light onto 27th Street.
-Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport is on the left.

Cancellation Policy
Pre-Registration must be completed no later than October 1, 2012. After this date registration must be completed onsite. All cancellations before October 1, 2012 will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $25.  Refunds will not be given for cancellations after October 1, 2012.  Subsitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to amccloskey@ndia.org. 

Please be sure you are registering with the correct credit card or form of payment, as a $25 fee will be applied to registrations switching credit cards or forms of payment.
