Introduction

It is with sincere regret that NDIA must cancel the 29th Annual Test & Evaluation Conference previously scheduled to take place from February 25-28, 2013 at The Westin Charlotte, Charlotte, NC.

As you may be aware, on January 10, 2013 the Department of Defense issued a memorandum from the Deputy Secretary of Defense detailing actions to be taken to prepare for drastic budget cuts resulting from sequestration and/or related fiscal challenges.  Since then, NDIA has received further notification that as a result of government guidance curtailing all but mission critical travel, conduct of the planned T&E Conference in Charlotte, NC is no longer possible. 

All registered Attendees, Displayers, and Sponsors will receive a full refund of fees paid.  Registrants are reminded that they are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations, and other travel–related arrangements.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the actions we are forced to take in response to government guidance severely restricting travel.  In lieu of an annual conference, NDIA’s T&E Division is considering alternative events which may benefit those industry members engaged in T&E activities.  As those plans develop, we will advise you accordingly.
