It is with sincere regret that NDIA must cancel the APBI-2013 Munitions Executive Summit in Atlanta, GA originally scheduled for February 26-28, 2013.  

As you may be aware, on January 10, 2013 the Department of Defense issued a memorandum detailing actions to be taken to prepare for drastic budget cuts resulting from sequestration and/or related fiscal challenges.  Since then, further government guidance curtailing all but mission critical travel for government employees, staff and leaders has rendered the conduct of the planned APBI-2013 Munitions Executive Summit in Atlanta, GA no longer possible. 

All registered Attendees and Sponsors will receive a full refund of fees paid.  Registrants are reminded that they are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations, and other travel-related arrangements.

The APBI-2013 Munitions Executive Summit has proven to be an important venue for industry to receive critical information relating to policies, procedures, priorities and plans for defense munitions activities and operations.  In lieu of an annual conference this year, NDIA's Munitions Technology Division is considering alternative activities to benefit industry members engaged in the munitions sector.  As those plans develop, we will advise you accordingly.
