Hotel Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a one night's stay room and tax charge.

INDUSTRY ROOM RATES: Please contact the Camelback Inn directly at 1-800-582-2169 and cite National Defense Industrial Association Industrial Security Committee when booking your hotel room. The industry rate is $254 plus tax per night (a resort fee of $25 per day is optional). The cut-off date for the group rate is April 20, 2012 to avoid paying higher rates.

GOVERNMENT ROOM RATES: The government per diem rate is offered only to invited government speakers and their spouse/guests. Ruth Franklin will handle all government speaker hotel reservations. Please contact Ruth at rfranklin@ndia.org to give your arrival and departure dates after you recieve your invitiation.

• Spouse/Guest Registration for Welcome Dinner and Cowboy BBQ ONLY = $300

The cancellation fee for this event is $100.   A refund of the registration fee, minus the $100 cancellation fee, will be made for cancellations received by no later than COB Friday, May 11, 2012.   No refund will be given for cancellations received after May 11.
