In order to ensure the discounted NDIA rate, you must make your reservation early and ask for the NDIA room block. Rooms will not be held after Friday, April 20, 2012 and may sell out before then. Payment must be made at the time of registration.  Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Please register with the correct form of payment.  A $25 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by Friday, April 20, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, April 20, 2012. Cancellations must be made in writing to bmurray@ndia.org.  Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations.

Attire
Appropriate dress for this conference is business for civilians and Class C uniform or uniform of the day for military personnel.

ID Badge
During conference registration and check-in, each Attendee will be issued an identification badge.  Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID.  Your badge must be worn at all conference functions.
 
Proceedings
Proceedings will be available on the web through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) two weeks after the conference.  All registered Attendees will receive an email notification once the proceedings are available.
