With your purchase of full symposium registration, you are entitled access to:

- Tuesday Networking Reception (Guest ticket is an additional $25)
- Onsite Agenda and Meeting Materials
- Post-event Online Speaker Proceedings (if releasable by Speaker)
REMINDERS
Please register with a complete and accurate e-mail address. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed.
Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Please register with the correct form of payment. A $25 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment.
Online registration will close at 5:00 PM EST on Friday, April 6, 2012. You must register onsite after this date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by Friday, April 6, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, April 6, 2012. Cancellations must be made in writing to bmurray@ndia.org. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Please note: This policy does not apply to exhibit booth cancellations.
