Classified Session

Registered NDIA S&ET Conference Attendees are invited by OASD(R&E) and SPAWAR to attend a Classified Session held off-site. Please submit your clearance and visitor's request to SPAWAR by Monday, April 9, 2012.

To attend the Classified Session, follow three steps:

  1. Submit your clearance request to SPAWAR using Joint JPAS, SMO Code 652366 or via fax at 843-218-4045.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by Friday, April 6, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, April 6, 2012.  Cancellations must be made in writing to bmurray@ndia.org.  Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Please note: This policy does not apply to exhibit booth cancellations.

No photography is allowed in the exhibit hall.  Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit without prior consent from NDIA management.
 
No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the exhibit hall.

Attire
Appropriate dress for this conference is coat & tie for civilians and Class A uniform or uniform of the day for military personnel.

ID Badge
During conference registration and check-in, each Attendee will be issued an identification badge.  Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID.  Your badge must be worn at all conference functions.
 
Proceedings
Proceedings will be available on the web through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) two weeks after the conference.  All registered Attendees will receive an email notification once the proceedings are available.
