Pre-registration closed on February 17, 2012 at 5:00pm, EST. However, onsite registration will be available at the Arizona Grand, outside the Grand Ballroom, starting at 7:00am on Tuesday, February 28, 2012.
Download/Print/View the registration form and bring the completed copy with you to the NDIA registration counters in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, of the Arizona Grand Conference Center.

Please be sure you are registering with the correct credit card or form of payment, as a $25 fee will be applied to registrations switching credit cards or forms of payment. Online registration will close at 5pm EST on February 17, 2012. You must register onsite after this date.
Golf Tournament
There will also be a Golf Tournament beginning at 12:30pm on Thursday, March 1st. This is a separate event and not included in the MES Conference Fees.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations received by February 17, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 17, 2012. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to cmoore@ndia.org.
