Pre-registration closed on May 4, 2012 at 5:00pm, EST. However, onsite registration will be available at the Hilton Baltimore in the Key Ballroom South Foyer at the following times:

Wednesday, May 16, 2012: 7:00am-5:20pm

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations on/before 5/4/2012 receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations received after 5/4/2012. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations. Please e-mail your cancellations or substitutions to Cindy Moore via email: cmoore@ndia.org
Clearance Information
In order to attend the closed sessions, verification of citizenship and eligibility to receive export-controlled technical information, is required. Verification will be based on Distribution Statement D, and will only be granted to U.S. DoD and U.S. DoD contractors (to include FFRDCs).
* For JPAS entries, download the form below, filling out only the top portion, and submit the completed form to your facility security officer.
* For individuals who do not have JPAS access, download the form below, filling out only the bottom portion, and fax the completed form to Ms. Alison Hornberger at 760-939-7255.
