Substitutions and Cancellation Policy

Substitutions for this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to jveldkamp@ndia.org.  Please be sure you are registering with the correct credit card or form of payment, as a $25 fee will be applied to registrants switching credit cards or forms of payment.

Cancellations received by May 2, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 2, 2012.  Cancellations must be made in writing to jveldkamp@ndia.org.

Symposium Attire
Symposium attire is business casual for civilians and uniform of the day for military. In addition, your identification badge, received upon conference check-in, must be worn at all times.
