Substitutions and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions for this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to jveldkamp@ndia.org. Please be sure you are registering with the correct credit card or form of payment, as a $25 fee will be applied to registrants switching credit cards or forms of payment.
Cancellations received by April 27, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 27, 2012. Cancellations must be made in writing to jveldkamp@ndia.org.
