In order to ensure the discounted NDIA rate, you must make your reservations early and ask for the NDIA or Undersea Warfare Conference room block. Rooms will not be held after March 5, 2012 and may sell out before then. Rates are also subject to increase after this date.

*The government per diem rate is available only to active duty or civilian government employees. ID will be required upon check-in. Retired military ID's do not qualify.

Cancellation Policy

All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than March 16, 2012 to NDIA, attn: Kimberly Williams via fax at (703)522-4656 or email to kwilliams@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 16, 2012. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. Please ensure you are paying with the correct credit card BEFORE registering; there is a $25 fee for those requesting refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of their method of registration or reasons for cancellation.

Reminder: No cellular phones, notebooks, briefcases, notepads, audio or visual recording devices, cameras, computers of any kind, two-way pagers, PDAs, other transmission equipment, or note-taking will be allowed in the briefing rooms. All personal items, including briefcases and purses, etc., are subject to inspection prior to being allowed in the briefing rooms. Storage space is extremely limited at the base, and attendees are encouraged to bring as few personal items as possible. NDIA will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any items left in the lobby of the Admiral Kidd Conference Center or any other breakout session room utilized for the conference.
