Introduction

The National Defense Industrial Association, supported by the NDIA Great Lakes Chapter, is hosting the 9th National Small Business Conference at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Chicago IL on June 20-21, 2012. 

This 9th National Small Business Conference comes at a time when the world and our country is experiencing vast change. We need to accelerate our learning curves, our ability to respond quickly, and our strategies to provide unparalleled service to our customers in order to achieve success. It is a challenging time for small business and our goal is to accelerate our growth within today’s contracting climate.

Please join us to learn from highly regarded government and industry personnel who have made significant strides in accelerating growth in this complex world of federal contracting. Small business is the driving force of our economy and this conference will provide tools for achieving success utilizing strategies in relationship building, partnering, marketing, contracting, as well as the latest information on readiness, budgets, transparency, legislation and more.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare.  To make your reservation, please call the hotel directly.  In order to ensure the discounted NDIA rate, you must make your reservations early and ask for the "NDIA room block".  Rooms will not be held after Monday, May 28, 2012 and may sell out before then.  Rates are also subject to increase after this date.

 Cancellations

All cancellation, substitution, and refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than June 8, 2012 to NDIA, attn: Rebecca Danahy via e-mail at rdanahy@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all refunds. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. If an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees regardless of their method of registration or reason(s) for cancellation.

Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations. All substitutions must be made in writing to Rebecca Danahy at rdanahy@ndia.org.
