A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Monterey.  To make your reservation, please call the hotel directly.  In order to ensure the discounted NDIA rate, you must make your reservations early and ask for the "NDIA - Aircraft Survivability" room block.  Rates are subject to increase after Sunday, October 10, 2010.

Attire
Appropriate dress for this symposium is business coat & tie for civilians and Class A uniform or uniform of the day for military personnel.

ID Badge
During symposium registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued an identification badge.  Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID.  Your badge must be worn at all symposium functions.

Classified Meeting Rooms
Due to the classified nature of the symposium, the following items will not be permitted in the meeting rooms: briefcases, suitcases, backpacks, cameras, media, cell phones, blackberries, recording devices, paper or note-taking devices (approved Classified Notebooks distributed onsite are accepted), newspapers or magazines.  Staff will be onhand to check in personal items and Classified Notebooks at the start and finish of each day.

Proceedings
As this event is classified, symposium proceedings will not be available.
