Registration fee covers breakfast and administrative costs. Registrations must be returned no later than May 27, 2011. After this date registration must be completed onsite. All cancellations before May 27, 2011 will receive a refund minus a cancellation
fee of $25. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after May 27, 2011. Subsitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to tcrowder@ndia.org. Please be sure you are registering with the correct credit card or form of payment, as a $25 fee will be applied to registrations switching credit cards or forms of payment.
