The 12th Annual Science & Engineering Technology Conference and DoD / Tech Exposition, originally scheduled for April 12–14, 2011, has been rescheduled for June 21–23, 2011. 

Classified Session
Registered NDIA S&ET Conference Attendees are invited by OASD(R&E) and SPAWAR to attend a Classified Session held off-site. If you previously submitted your clearance request for the Classified Session, you must re-submit a new request by Friday, June 10, 2011.
To attend the Classified Session, follow three steps:
1. Submit your clearance request using Joint JPAS, SMO Code 652366.
2. Verify receipt of your clearance by contacting Ms. LeeAnn Marrale, Base Access Coordinator, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic Geologics Corporation, at: leeann.marrrale@navy.mil or (843) 218-6447.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Hotel.  To make your reservation, please call the hotel directly.  In order to ensure the discounted NDIA rate, you must make your reservations early and ask for the "Science and Engineering Tech or SET" room block.  Rooms will not be held after Friday, May 27, 2011 and may sell out before then.  Rates are also subject to increase after this date.

Cancellation Policy
If you registered for the April event and cannot attend the rescheduled June event, please email Mary Anna Christiansen, Meeting Planner, at: mchristiansen@ndia.org by Friday, May 13, 2011 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received by Friday, June 3, 2011 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, June 3, 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing to: mchristiansen@ndia.org. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Please note: This policy does not include exhibit booth cancellations.

Please be sure to register with the correct form of payment. A $25 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment.

No photography is allowed in the exhibit hall.  Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit without prior consent from NDIA management.
 
No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the exhibit hall.

Attire
Appropriate dress for the conference is business for civilians and Class A uniform or uniform of the day for military personnel.

ID Badge
During conference registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued an identification badge.  Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID.  Your badge must be worn at all conference functions.
 
Proceedings
Proceedings will be available on the web through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) two weeks after the conference.  All registered attendees will receive an email notification once the proceedings are available.
