Introduction

As the “Long War” against worldwide terrorism continues, our Armed Forces remain engaged across the entire spectrum of warfare.  Each service continues to strive to attain that elusive balance between maintaining a capable war fighting current force, simultaneously ensuring that they adequately prepare for the future battlefield.  With the bulk of our ground forces engaged in stability operations, the roles of Combat Vehicles has come under intense scrutiny.

This year’s Combat Vehicles Conference is focused to provide insights into defining an integrated, networked ground combat force for the next decade.  The conference will include program updates on selected Army and Marine Corps Combat Vehicles from the respective program experts.
