With your purchase of full symposium registration, you are entitled to:
- General Sessions
- Continental Breakfasts, Networking Breaks, Networking Luncheon, Networking Reception
- Onsite Agenda and Meeting Materials
- Event Proceedings (if releasable by Speaker)
REMINDER
Please register with a complete and accurate e-mail address. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed.
Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Please register with the correct form of payment. A $25 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment.
Online registration will close at 5:00PM EST on Thursday, September 22, 2011. You must register onsite after this date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by Friday, September 16, 2011 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, September 16, 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing to bmurray@ndia.org. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations.
