This conference is classified Secret U.S. Only. All attendees must submit a visit request to SMO 660015. Security POC: Christine Caswell, Event POC: Kimberly Williams.

Faxed visit requests for DoD clearance holders will not be accepted. Department of Energy clearance holders, please contact kwilliams@ndia.org for clearance submittal instructions.

*Registration fees for non-NDIA or affiliate members include a one-year non-refundable NDIA membership. $15 will be applied for your 12 month subscription to National DEFENSE magazine.
**Technical Speakers CANNOT register online at the reduced speaker registration fee. Speakers must register by fax or mail. Technical speaker fee is limited to one reduced registration per registration.

Cancellation Policy

All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than March 20, 2011 to NDIA, attn: Kimberly Williams via fax at (703)522-1885 or email to kwilliams@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 20, 2011. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. Please ensure you are paying with the correct credit card BEFORE registering; there is a $25 fee for those requesting refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of their method of registration or reasons for cancellation.

We welcome substitutions! If substituting for someone, notify NDIA in writing at kwilliams@ndia.org if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed
for the new attendee.

Reminder: No cellular phones, notebooks, briefcases, audio or visual recording devices, cameras, computers of any kind, two-way pagers, PDAs, other transmission equipment, or note-taking will be allowed in the briefing rooms. All personal items, including briefcases, purses, etc., are subject to inspection before being allowed in the briefing rooms. Storage space is extremely limited at the base, and attendees are encouraged to bring as few personal items as possible. NDIA will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any items left in the lobby of the Admiral Kidd Conference Center or any other breakout session room utilized for the conference.
