Security
This conference is classified Secret U.S. Only. All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret or higher clearance.

Clambake Guest Tickets
Contact Kimberly Williams at kwilliams@ndia.org for a guest ticket registration form for the clambake. Registered attendees are limited to one guest ticket per registration. Due to capacity limitations at the lake, guest ticket registration may be shut down early.
Cancellation Policy
All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than September 15, 2011 to NDIA, attn: Kimberly Williams via fax at (703)522-1885 or email to kwilliams@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 15, 2011. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. Please ensure you are paying with the correct credit card BEFORE registering; there is a $25 fee for those requesting refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of their method of registration or reasons for cancellation.
We welcome substitutions! If substituting for someone, notify NDIA in writing at kwilliams@ndia.org if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee.
