Introduction

The purpose of this 2½-day meeting is to bring together corporate security professionals and industrial security policy-makers from a variety of federal agencies to address security topics of common interest.  A series of panels and speakers will provide insights from diverse perspectives, enabling participants to identify critical issues and needs and to develop creative solutions to problems where they exist.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
To avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior the scheduled arrival date.

INDUSTRY
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Camelback Inn at the group rate of $189 plus tax.  A resort fee of $20 per day is optional.  The cut-off date for booking a room at the group rate is April 22, 2010.  Reservations should be made by calling the Camelback at 1-800 582-2169 or (480) 948-1700. Please cite "AIA/NDIA Industrial Security Committee" when making your booking. 

GOVERNMENT
A limited number of rooms for invited Government speakers and guests will be available at the Government per diem rate. (NDIA will make the room reservations for all invited government speakers and guests.   To confirm your attendance and provide your arrival and departure dates, please contact Ruth Franklin at: rfranklin@ndia.org.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
All registration cancellations are to be submitted in writing to Ruth Franklin at:   rfranklin@ndia.org.  All cancellations submitted by Friday, May, 17, 2010 are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.  NO REFUNDS will be provided should you cancel your registration after Friday, May 17, 2010.
