Discussion:
A panel representing the Small Business Industry, Federal Government, and the Legislative Branch will provide their perspectives on issues they believe have an impact on America’s small business and their ability to successfully do business with the Federal Government, in particular, the Department of Defense. Due to the limited time available, the panelists will tailor their remarks to specific issues. Ms. Cheryl Miller will concentrate her remarks on intellectual property protection for small businesses, Ms. Krystal Brumfield will be available to address small business contracting issues; Ms Jennifer Bisceglie will provide her perspectives on small business issues from a woman owned small business; and Ms. Linda Oliver will discuss small business programs within the Department of Defense.
