The Legislative Information's Division announces that Representative Robert Andrews (D-NJ) will address the Legislative Information Division on March 10, 2010. Congressman Andrews, the Chairman of the Defense Acquisition Reform Panel, who addressed the Division late last year, has agreed to again speak on acquisition and procurement reform issues that he has recently recommended to the full House Committee on Armed Services for possible further legislative action.
