If you have not sent your security clearance in to USAF, please do so now as it will ease your entry to the facility. Instructions follow:
A Visit Request is required for unescorted entry to the SAFTAS Conference Facility. The preferred method of submitting a Visit Request is through the JPAS. Attendees without clearances can be accommodated but advance clearance is preferred
When a visit request is created in JPAS, there is limited space for information. Therefore, it is important to enter the requested information as shown below.
