Introduction

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR INFORMATION REGARDING THE 2011 JOINT CBRN CONFERENCE PLEASE READ BELOW:

Dear Joint CBRN Industry Member,

With your support over the past 28 years, NDIA has collaborated with the CBRN School to co-sponsor NDIA’s annual  Joint CBRN Conference & Exhibition.  During that time the event has grown to be both successful and, we believe,  appreciated by the CBRN industry.  However, as you may be aware, the U.S. Army CBRN School has decided to conduct an independent June 2011 CBRN conference in conjunction with their annual Regimental Week activities without NDIA support.  While we regret that we will not be collaborating with the CBRN School as in past years, we wish them success in their endeavor.

With the move of the JPEO-CBD from Alexandria, VA to Edgewood Arsenal, we feel that the right location for future Joint CBRN Conferences & Exhibitions is in the Baltimore area.   To that end, we are very close to having firm dates and a suitable venue for Joint CBRN in the Spring of 2012.  As soon as we lock in those details, we will send that information to you.

Perhaps it is serendipitous that this turn of events comes on the heels of several of you recommending a springtime, east coast  Joint CBRN.  We hope that  our actions meet with your satisfaction and that you will support this move and continue to attend and exhibit at Joint CBRN 2012, and beyond.  We are committed to continuing the tradition and record of a strong Joint CBRN agenda, populated with a speaker cadre of experts in their fields, and an accompanying exhibition that showcases your products and services to influential Government leaders and acquisition executives.  Locating Joint CBRN  in the vicinity of the new home of JPEO-CBD will, we believe, contribute significantly to that commitment.

You will be hearing from us again very soon.

Our points of contact for Joint CBRN continue to be Michael Dauth for conference content (mdauth@ndia.org) and Luellen Hoffman for Exhibits (lhoffman@ndia.org).”

 With kind regards,

       Barry
