The Undersea Systems Program Office (PEO IWS 5.0) will conduct 45 minute tours of the Q-89 A(V)15 Operations Training Equipment Space, now equipped with ASW ACB-09 and driven by the Surface ASW Synthetic Trainer. ** Technical speaker fees are limited to one reduced fee per presentation.

Cancellation Policy

All refund, cancellation, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than February 26, 2010 to NDIA, attn: Kimberly Williams via fax at (703)522-1885 or email to kwilliams@ndia.org. There is a $75 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests. NO refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 26, 2010. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, he/she will be invoiced for payment. NDIA does not issue refunds for the sole purpose of switching forms of payment; please ensure you are paying with the correct credit card BEFORE registering. This cancellation policy applies to all attendees, regardless of their method of registration or reasons for cancellation.

We welcome substitutions! If substituting for someone, let NDIA know in writing to kwilliams@ndia.org) if payment is to be refunded to the original registrant or transferred to cover the substitute registration fee. A registration form must be completed
for the new attendee.

Reminder: This conference is classified Secret U.S. Only. No cellular phones, notebooks, briefcases, audio or visual recording devices, cameras, computers of any kind, two-way pagers, PDAs, other transmission equipment, or note-taking will be allowed in the briefing rooms. All personal items, including briefcases, purses, etc., are subject to inspection
before being allowed in the briefing rooms. Storage space is extremely limited, and attendees are encouraged to bring as few personal items as possible. NDIA will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any items left in the lobby of the Admiral Kidd Conference Center or any other breakout session room utilized for the conference.
