Tutorials
Tutorial sessions will be available Monday, November 17, 2009 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
There is a separate fee for the tutorial session of $250 if you register before November 6, 2009. You may register for the tutorial session onsite after November 6, 2009 for a fee of $275.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received from by November 6, 2009 will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $75.00. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after November 6, 2009. All cancellations must be made in writing to kseymour@ndia.org.
Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Substitutions must be made in writing to kseymour@ndia.org.
