The room block is now closed.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel.  To make your reservation, please call the hotel directly.  In order to ensure the discounted NDIA rate, you must make your reservations early and ask for the "NDIA" room block.  Rooms will not be held after Tuesday, April 6, 2010 and may sell out before then.  Rates are also subject to increase after this date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by April 16, 2010 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 16, 2010.  Cancellations must be made in writing.  Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations.

Attire
Appropriate dress for the conference is business casual for civilians and uniform of the day for military personnel.

ID Badge
During conference registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued an identification badge.  Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID.  Your badge must be worn at all conference functions.
 
Proceedings
Proceedings will be available on the web through the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) two weeks after the conference.  All registered attendees will receive an email notification once the proceedings are available.
