Ms. Margaret DiVirgilio serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer for Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC). Ms. DiVirgilio is a member of a four‐person Senior Executive Leadership Team and an Officer of the corporation.

As Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Treasurer of CTC, Ms. DiVirgilio is responsible for corporate‐wide policy development and overall implementation of administration functions in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Financial Systems, Treasury Management, Information Technology and Contracts & Procurement. Her specific focus areas relate to assessing and maintaining adequate capital, ensuring financial performance, oversight of financial statement audit and required government filings, the design of Company's compensation and benefits program, and compliance with federal contract regulations. Ms. DiVirgilio is also responsible for defining the need for and overseeing the development of Company policies for each of these functional areas as well as ensuring Companywide compliance. She is actively involved with maintaining banking relationships, ensuring that adequate lines of credit are in place for working capital and capital expenditures of fixed assets.

As CFO, Ms. DiVirgilio is a member of CTC’s Board of Directors and is a member of the Finance, Compensation, and Audit & Compliance Committees of the Board.

Ms. DiVirgilio is a board member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), America’s leading defense industry association promoting national security and serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee. Ms. DiVirgilio is a member of the NDIA Procurement Executive Committee and a past Chair of the NDIA Contract Finance Committee.

Ms. DiVirgilio is a past President of Women in Defense (WID), a National Security Organization and affiliate of NDIA. WID cultivates and supports the advancement and recognition of women in all aspects of national security.

Ms. DiVirgilio is a member of the Board of Trustees of Seton Hill University, and serves on the Finance & Business Affairs and the Personnel Committees.

Ms. DiVirgilio is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and serves on the Board of Directors, Board of Advisors and a member of the Finance & Budget Committee.

Margaret earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Seton Hill University and received her CPA Certification from the Commonwealth of Virginia. Margaret received the Distinguished Alumni Leadership Award from Seton Hill University in June 2010. As a recipient of this award she was recognized for her outstanding achievement and leadership in business. Margaret is active in alumni activities, as well as to the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill as a long term member of Seton Family.

Ms. DiVirgilio is a member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, at the rank of Lady Commander. Ms. DiVirgilio serves as the Chair of The Diocesan Heritage Center Commission in the Dioceses of Greensburg and is an active member of Our Lady of Grace Parish, serving as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion at Mass and at local nursing/assisted living facilities.
