Registration

Conference registration includes:  

  • Access to the general session and exhibit hall.
  • Continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches.
  • Reception on July 23.
  • Post-event speaker proceedings (if releasable by speaker).

Refreshments are included with the complimentary registration passes but ARE NOT included for DoD personnel attending free on DoD Day. Refreshments ARE included with all paid attendees, speaker, and panel personnel. There are plenty of local food vendors within a walking distance of the conference facility.

On-site registration will be open during the following times:

  • 12:00 - 5:00 pm on Monday, July 22.
  • 7:00 am - 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 23.
  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm on Wednesday, July 24.

DoD Personnel

All DoD personnel must submit their final cost associated with the NDIA conference. Please reach out to Kim Cottrell, Communication Affairs Network, JPEO-CBD, at kimberly.a.cottrell6.civ@mail.mil for final cost spreadsheet once conference is complete. 

Foreign National Attendees

Foreign national conference attendees must be registered and provide their place of birth with a copy of their passport. Please contact Reneé Despot at rdespot@NDIA.org by 5:00 pm EST on July 6 to register.

Press & Media

Please contact Reneé Despot at rdespot@NDIA.org to register. All press interested in attending this event must be registered by 5:00 pm EST on July 18 to allow for conference coordination. No exceptions will be made. 

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge.
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport).

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations received by July 11, 2019, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 12, 2019. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to rdespot@NDIA.org.

Please note: Cancellation policy does not apply to exhibit cancellations; no refunds will be issued for cancelled exhibits.

NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment.
