Attire

Appropriate dress for the conference is business casual for civilians and class B uniform for military personnel. 

Speaker Attire

Appropriate dress for the conference is business for civilians and the equivalent of the U.S. Army Class As/Army Service Uniform.   

DoD Personnel

All DoD personnel must submit their final cost associated with the NDIA conference. Please reach out to Jessica Stillman, Conference Manager, for JPEO-CBD at jessica.m.stillman.ctr@mail.mil for final cost spreadsheet once conference is complete.

Foreign Nationals

Foreign nationals must be registered and provide a copy of their passport, along with their place of birth, to Reneé Despot at rdespot@ndia.org by July 12, 2019.

ID Badge

During registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued a conference badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Badges must be worn at all conference functions. 

Parking & Transportation

Parking at the Chase Center on the Riverfront

There are over 2,400 complimentary parking spaces surrounding the Chase Center, available on a first come, first serve basis.

Transportation to the Chase Center on the Riverfront

  • Car: The Chase Center is easily accessible by car from I-95 and I-495
  • AMTRAK: The Wilmington Train Station is located 1 mile from the Chase Center
