Attendee Information

Attire

Appropriate dress for the conference is business casual for civilians and uniform of the day for military personnel. 

ID Badge

During registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued a conference badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Badges must be worn at all conference functions. 

Parking

Parking at the Fredericksburg Expo & Convention Center is complimentary for all attendees. 

Technology Demonstration

Lunch and transportation will be provided to Team Crucible.  Buses will depart the Fredericksburg Expo & Convention Center at 12:30 pm.  Before entering the bus, you will have to sign a waiver in order to participate in the technology demonstration. 

Please be sure to bring the following 

  • Safety goggles
  • Long sleeve shirts without pockets
  • Long pants 
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • Ear protection
  • Eye protection

Travel Information

The Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center is conveniently located off of I-95, in between Washington, D.C. and Richmond. Just an hour drive from Reagan Washington National (DCA), Richmond International (RIC) Dulles International (IAD) airports, the Expo Center is accessible for all travelers. The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is a ten minute drive away.
