Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in.

A $75 charge will be applied to all cancellations up to April 27, 2019. No refunds can be given for cancellations received after April 27, 2019. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of a cancellation. Requests for cancellations and/or substitutions must be made in writing to Carol Dwyer email@example.com.
